Are RAINS products completely waterproof?
Yes, all RAINS products are designed to withstand moderate to heavy rainfall. Our jackets and bags are crafted from a signature waterproof fabric with a high water column pressure rating and ultrasonically welded seams to ensure you stay dry.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please use our online portal to generate a return shipping label.
How should I clean and maintain my RAINS jacket?
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. If a full wash is necessary, machine wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle. Do not tumble dry, iron, or use fabric softener, as this can damage the waterproof coating.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all RAINS products come with a 2-year manufacturing warranty. This covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care.
