Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Access our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring the products are protected from moisture and damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt at our warehouse.
